• entering users with all required sets of attributes
• possibility to add additional customer/user attributes according to needs from city government (configurable)
• bulk entering of users from predefined data (load from XLS, CSV files with proper structure)
• enables support for e-Identification (e.g. physical visit of webuser at city front office where city front office agent verify identity) which connect citizen record with exact web-user record
• enables communication with citizens or groups of citizens over different channels (paper mail, e-mail, SMS, push notification, voice-call, chatbot…) and registration of such communication (business interactions over various channels)
