Emeldi Commerce Portal v4.3 adopted by key customers, improves Self Service and eCommerce modules
Emeldi, the company that’s making it easier for telecommunications providers to connect and engage customers, is happy to announce the availability of Emeldi Commerce Enterprise Portal Suite version 4.3, which brings a significant list of new features to its predecessors.
“Our main focus for 4.3 was to make sure that enhancements to key customer-facing modules – namely eCommerce (eshop) and Self Service (self-care) – were a top priority among other additions,” says Alistair Oldfield, Director of Operations.
The introduction of a newly enhanced customer Self Service module offers a full range of services into the hands of end users, using secure login via password or SMS code. Setting the stage for various interaction points with customers, end users can place orders, shop for new services and products and make payments using a variety of external gateways (i.e. credit/debit card, shop, post office, ATM, etc.).
The eCommerce module also saw improvements to the user experience and purchase options with an extended product catalogue to support convergent product offerings and packages.
Improvements to Emeldi Commerce Portal v4.3 include a broader product/service offering based on the solutions powerful Product Catalogue module.
Other features that customers can look forward to in the 4.3 upgrade are:
- Automated retention programs for keeping customers engaged throughout the service lifecycle
- Personalized Content & Dynamic context rules to proactively change up offers and tariffs based on seasonal/business needs
- Advanced reporting and performance metrics for campaigns, orders, etc.
Version 4.3 has already been adopted by key Emeldi customers, including Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, the largest telecommunications provider in the country, and moreover, Tesco Mobile, and BLESKmobil; the country’s newest virtual mobile providers.
