With the help of Emeldi, a Salesforce partner in the Czech Republic, KBA-grafitec has successfully adopted Salesforce’s CRM system. Salesforce CRM is a world-leader in Cloud Computing providing well-known software-as-a-service (SaaS) CRM solution. In addition to the benefits offered by cloud computing, KBA’s new CRM system streamlines a wide range of their business activities, providing the following powerful marketing tools:
- Full automation of a significant portion of its internal processes
- Complete sales overview with detailed communication history
- Advanced online monitoring and reporting
- Mobile access for remote users and traveling representatives
The new CRM system has been ready to use in 2 months from the first consultancy. We are proud to cooperate with KBA-Grafitec and Salesforce on this project.
